Carl H. Ficke, 95, of Pompton Plains, died Oct. 21 at his home. Born in Germany, he resided in Saddle River for 50 years before moving to Pompton Plains. Carl was the retired owner of Carl H. Ficke & Associates , insurance agents in Rutherford. He served his country during World War II with the Army and was a member of The Purple Heart Society. He was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church and The P.M. Rotary Club, both in Ridgewood.
Memorial Service Sunday at 3 p.m. at Emmanuel Baptist Church, 14 Hope Street, Ridgewood.
