In anticipation of the 100th anniversary of the Ridgewood Fourth of July celebration in 2010, which will feature one of the largest fireworks displays in the Village's history, the Ridgewood Fourth of July Celebration Committee is introducing the ultimate holiday stocking stuffer: a limited edition T-shirt that not only commemorates the celebration's historic 100th anniversary but also gains the wearer entrance to the 2010 event at Veterans Field.

An ideal gift for Ridgewood's July 4th fans, only 100 limited edition T-shirts will be sold. Additional commemorative T-shirts, golf shirts and collapsible chairs will be available beginning in April 2010.

T-shirts are available on a first-come, first-served basis.  They are priced $15 each and can be ordered online.

T-shirts can be picked up at the Ridgewood Public Library Dec. 12, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. or mailed at an additional charge.

Proceeds from the sale of shirts will help underwrite the village's largest-ever Fourth of July celebration, which is scheduled July 5, 2010.
