The Daniel Jordan Fiddle Foundation's F.I.T. Together at the YMCA is a small group Step Aerobics exercise class specifically designed to improved the fitness, coordination, socialization, self-confidence and independence of older adolescents and young adults affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Volunteer peer mentors will be trained to support and encourage participants!
