Back in Black: AC/DC's Brian Johnson Comes to Bookends
Fans react to the famous singer coming to Ridgewood
Hells bells put about a thousand fans of AC/DC under the spell of lead singer Brian Johnson on Thursday night at Bookends in Ridgewood. The rock frontman, whose vocals soar throughout the second best-selling album of all time, autographed copies of his 2009 bestseller, Rockers and Rollers: A Full Throttle Memoir.
In his book, the 2003 inductee to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and noted car enthusiast largely writes about his lifelong obsession with cars while riffing off a word or two about his time as the flat-capped frontman of one of the world's most famous bands.
