Brigid Miniter and Anthony Merejo to be confirmed on Sunday in St. Peter's Square.

Two Ridgewood teens from Our Lady of Mount Carmel RC Church will be confirmed by Pope Francis at St. Peter's Square in Rome on Sunday, according to a CBS2 report.

“It doesn’t seem real at all,” Minter told CBS2 on Tuesday. “I am super-excited, though.”

Added Merejo: “I just get goose bumps when I think about it – I am going to be in Rome, in the Vatican...being in the Mass, and himself confirming me is very moving.”
