Yi - JING - MN Kung Fu Class : Take a class with Master James Ran.
Master James Ran has spent his life learning and refining the YI - JING - MN system. YI - JING - MN , incorporates , Tai Chi , Bau Gua , Xing Yi , Baji , and kung fu . emphasizes fluid graceful movements , yet are highly effective self defense , techniques , internal exercises and forms cultivate CHI energy for health and self defense.
Participates in Competitions : YES. ( push hand , forms , etc)
We meet near the pavilion at the rear of the pond that has a picnic tables.

More About Saddle River County Park—Wild Duck Pond
Part of the Bergen County Parks System, the Wild Duck Pond is a living oasis in the middle of suburbia. Complete with a dog park, bike trail and ducks, the park is nestled on East Ridgewood Avenue just inside the Paramus border. A one-way paved road wraps around the complex, and parking is aplenty. Several covered picnic areas make the Wild Duck Pond great for company outings or barbecues.
