May is National Recommittment Month

Spring has sprung, and amidst all the lame and  tawdry  news print, love and  loyalty  has raised  its face and smiled. May has  been declared as National Recommittment Month and a time to renew or recommitt to our vows of love and  faith.
 wouldnt it  be sweet if some of us old  RW"s posted a line or two to commemmorate our loves, our memories our loyalties,our dearest  pals ??.  too  much  gets lost  in the daily  hubbub,too many  dear  thoughts remain unsaid.  Any of us could climb behind the wheel or  step  off the  curb and and then never get to say     again  "Honey, I love you still and always will!"  can we carve out a small space  in the Patch for the month of  MAy where readers can send in a line or two about a present loved one?  A line of  verse, a photo, a request to our mayor Paul to renew our vows? whatever, i"ll be happy to jump in and say to my dearest  husband, Timothy King,wine guru extroadinaire  and  R H S graduate "68  ' I love you honey and always will....'                          Rhoda Chapman King
