Patch readers of Ridgewood and Glen Rock,
It's about time that I formally introduce myself. My name's Devin McGinley, and I recently took over as your Patch editor.
I've been with Patch for a while as a freelancer, then full time covering Fort Lee and Wyckoff-Franklin Lakes. I'm a native of Ridgewood, and I'm glad to be back on some familiar turf. (I don't know Glen Rock quite as well, but I promise you won't be forgotten!)
Before coming to Patch, I graduated from Ramapo College with honors in history and political science, and did various writing/editing odd jobs, earning an unusual claim to fame as the researcher for a biography of the Bee Gees.
