31st Annual Spring Ballet Concert

The Glen Rock Community School after school dance program, under the direction of Denise Piccino of Hawthorne, will present their 31st Annual Spring
Ballet Concert on Sunday June 10th at 1pm and 5:30pm at the Glen Rock High School Auditorium. 600 Harristown Road, Glen Rock, NJ.

The students will appear in Les Millefleurs with music from the time of Russian ballet dancer
Anna Pavlova. The advanced students will perform Concerto Indienne an original choreographic piece by Miss Piccino mixing eastern and western movement with music by Ravi Shankar.

The Tricorne Dance Ensemble will perform Picking up Sticks a traditional English Country dance and will join all of the students in an original ballet The Further Adventures of Puss ‘n Boots.

Starring as the clever cat is Grace Tang of Hawthorne.
Joining in his adventures is Bianca the white cat performed by Mia Murphy of Ridgewood and little princess Belle played by Mira Fish of Glen Rock Bianca the white cat. Christine Yarish of Oakland will portray her older sister Princess Marguerite. During his adventures Puss will encounter mermaids, traveling players, bandits,
and more.

 Tickets are available from the students or at the door.
All seats are on a first come first serve basis. For further information call the Glen Rock Community School office between 9am and 3pm.
