Event, which will also feature current Broadway performers, will raise funds for the Covenant House New Jersey.

The following was submitted to Patch via email.

On Monday, April 7, at 7:00 pm, Ben Franklin Middle School in Ridgewood will be buzzing with the sounds of Broadway, as close to 100 local students from high school and middle schools all over Bergen County gather to raise funds for Covenant House New Jersey and the homeless youth that they serve.

“This will be my second year,” says Miranda McKeon, Ben Franklin Middle School 6th grader, who was on Broadway herself this past fall in Little Miss Sunshine

“Performing in Little Miss Sunshine was like a dream come true and I want to do everything I can to help the homeless youth in New Jersey make their dreams come true too.”
