GRJC Screens Kutsher's Documentary

The Glen Rock Jewish Center will screen "Welcome to Kutsher's: The Last Catskills Resort," on Sunday, Dec. 2 at 4 p.m.

"Welcome to Kutsher's: The Last Catskills Resort," an award-winning documentary about the legendary Kutsher's Country Club, makes its New Jersey premiere on Sunday at the Glen Rock Jewish Center.

The film, which premiered at the New York Jewish Film Festival and won Best Documentary at the 2012 Miami Jewish Film Festival, details the Catskills resort experience and how it changed American pop culture.

"Kutsher's" directors Ian Rosenberg and Caroline Laskow will be present at the screening to share stories about Kutsher's and lead a discussion about making the documentary.

Admission is $10 per person ($7 for Seniors 65 and over) and includes popcorn, soft drinks, coffee and tea. The show starts at 4 p.m.
