Murder Mystery Coming to Ridgewood

Woman's Club Youth Event is the first of its kind, meant for an older audience.

The Woman’s Club of Ridgewood is bringing a new fundraiser to the village. At the end of the month, the group will host ‘The Tomb of Doom: A Murder Mystery Evening,” an event that will feature comedians, music, games, and the chance for audience members to solve a crime.

The murder mystery is this year’s incarnation of the Cub’s Annual Youth Event. This year, organizers said they hope the event will appeal to an older audience.

“It’s the first time we’ve held a murder mystery,” Woman’s Club member Kelly Green said.

“Normally our youth events target a younger audience and are traditional theatre events such as a production of Charlotte's Web. We wanted to target the tween/early teen audience since there are [fewer] options for them.”

The murder mystery is happening Friday, Feb. 28. Tickets are $25 and can be purchased online or by calling 201-444-5722. Get more information in the attached poster.
