Sushi Standout Wasabi Receives High Marks
The Record issues three stars to the Ridgewood restaurant.
Ridgewood's tucked away sushi spot, Wasabi, received a glowing review in Friday's edition of The Record.
Reviewer Bob Probert said the South Pleasant Street eatery wows with "impeccably fresh" sushi and interesting flavor combinations. The service was "warm and friendly" and the non-sushi offerings were "excellent" as well, the reviewer said.
