Tapas Bistro Opens Tuesday in Ridgewood

Cravings Tapas Bistro to offer globally inspired menu, Boozy Burbs reports.

A new tapas restaurant will begin offering up its internationally oriented cuisine on Godwin Avenue in Ridgewood this week.

Cravings Tapas Bistro opens Tuesday with 55 seats, serving a small plates menu of globally inspired American cuisine, Chef Michael Merida told Bergen County food blog Boozy Burbs.

Merida, an internationally renowned chef, has the résumé for a global menu, previously working in kitchens in Spain, England, France and Japan.

Cravings will be open seven days a week for dinner, and begin serving lunch in December. See the full menu at Boozy Burbs.
