'Ultimate Chef of Bergen County' Winner Moves to Ridgewood Restaurant

Chef is fresh off a 12-year stint at a Park Ridge eatery, report says.

A chef who won the 2013 and 2014 Ultimate Chef of Bergen County competitions is coming to a restaurant in Ridgewood.

According to a post on njmonthly.com, Chef Adam Weiss, who previously worked at Esty Street in Park Ridge, is now the executive chef at Due, an Italian BYO restaurant in the village.

“I am very excited to have Adam bring his eclectic modern approach to our restaurant,” Due owner Chris Tarta told njmonthly.com.
