The Woman’s Club of Ridgewood will hold its 2nd annual Beauty and Style event on Thursday, November 1st, 2012 from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm. p.m. at the Woman’s Clubhouse, 215 West Ridgewood Avenue. Proceeds from this year’s event will benefit Family Promise of Bergen County.
“The Woman’s Club of Ridgewood is excited to again present the Beauty and Style Event” said Andrea Falco, Club President. “This will be a fun and very rewarding night for the members of our Club and woman from the community. I thank the local merchants for supporting this event, working with them has been a pleasure. Our Ways and Means Committee is dedicated to providing our community with a great evening out in support of an important cause.”
Participants will enjoy beverages as well as appetizers and desserts donated by local restaurants, caterers, and bakeries. A live fashion show will feature fabulous local women modeling clothing by W by Worth. Panico Salon and Spa will provide runway hair and makeup. A holiday gift boutique will feature clothing, jewelry, cosmetics and home furnishings. A portion of event sales will be donated to Family Promise.

The Beauty and Style event is a fundraiser hosted by the Woman’s Club of Ridgewood, a non-profit organization dedicated to serving the community. Last year the club awarded grants to over 20 charities including Children’s Aid and Family Services, The Several Sources Foundation, Shelter Our Sisters, Baby Basics, Camp Sunshine, and Social Service Association of Ridgewood.
Family Promise of Bergen County provides sheltering programs, food, support services and mentoring to homeless and at-risk local families in Bergen County.
