The Glen Rock Women in Community Service (WICS) will sponsor its annual "Have a Heart, Help the Hungry" food drive on Saturday, February 2nd and Sunday, February 3rd at Kilroy's Wonder Market. The food drive benefits clients of the Center for Food Action (CFA) and Emmanuel Cancer Foundation (ECF). WICS will collect donations of non-perishable food and personal care items at Kilroy's on Rock Road in Glen Rock from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM each day.
The Glen Rock Women in Community Service has conducted two food drives yearly in February and June for the past several years. Once again, Kilroy's has generously agreed to support WICS efforts to collect needed items at the store. In addition, Kilroy's will identify items by placing "Food Drive Have a Heart" labels near the products on the shelves to mark the needed items easy to spot while shopping.
