NW Bergen County HISTORY DAY

4th Annual Northwest Bergen County History Day, April 26th

Glen Rock's Museum at the Station, located inside the historic 1905 Erie Main Line Train Station on Rock Road, is pleased to be a new venue added to the History Day on Saturday, April 26th this year.  One History Day ticket will gain entrance to 9 different historic houses and museums, from Glen Rock to Mahwah.  Also on the tour this year are: The Schoolhouse Museum (Ridgewood), The Hermitage (Ho-Ho-Kus), The Fell House (Allendale), The Old Stone House (Ramsey), The Van Allen House (Oakland), The Mahwah Museum (Mahwah), The Zabriskie House (Wyckoff) and the Hopper-Goetschius House (Upper Saddle River).  The Museum at the Station will be showcasing an extensive private toy collection focused on transportation (planes, trains and automobiles!). Advance tickets available for $10.00 apiece from GRHistoricalSociety@gmail.com; children under 12 are free.  Tickets at the door on April 26th will be $15.00 apiece.  All proceeds will be split among the nine participating organizations.  History Day is presented by the North West Bergen County History Coalition.
