Children’s
Librarian, Trisha Fishelman, is happy to announce that Glen Rock children and
families will have several opportunities to celebrate April as National
Recycling Month. On Tuesday, the 22nd from 3:30 to 5:30 2nd
to 4th graders are invited to work together using 100’s of recycled
bottle caps to create large animals, butterflies and designs to display in the
Children’s Room. The same project will be offered to Kindergarten to 1st
graders on Wednesday, the 23rd from 3:30 to 5:00. Families can make
a take-home bottle top design on Wednesday, the 23rd from 6:30 to
8:30. Our monthly Crafty Story Time for 3 year-olds & up on Friday, the 25th
at 12:45 will use recycled CD’s to make an adorable mouse project. Please sign
up for these programs in the Children’s Room.
