YWCA Early Learning Center's Parent/Child "Music and More" Program

YWCA Bergen County’s Early Learning Center will host “Music

and More,” a special program offering parents the opportunity to share the joy
of singing and playing music with their children. Two 45-minute classes,

featuring singer/songwriter Rockin’ Rhonda, will each be held on Saturday,

November 9 and repeated again on Saturday, November 16. The classes take place
at the Center, 98 Pleasant Avenue, Upper Saddle River, and are open to the
community.

“Parent/Child Sing Along” for ages 3 and under will run from 9:45 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. each Saturday. Children ages 3 and up will enjoy playing a variety of instruments as well as singing with their parents during “Mini Musicians” from 11:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. each Saturday. The cost is $15 per parent/child per program, and advance registration is required.

The YWCA Early Learning Center fosters early childhood
development through imagination, exploration and self-expression. The Center

provides full and part time infant and toddler care, nursery school, pre-school
and pre-K for children ages 6 weeks to 6 years, and is open weekdays and most
holidays from 6:15 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The center offers state-certified
teachers, an onsite nurse, an art studio and dedicated library, and spacious
indoor and outdoor play areas. To register or for more information, contact
Diane Eide, Director, at 201-236-3126.
