Neighbors Helping Neighbors Celebrates One Year in Ridgewood

The Ridgewood chapter of Neighbors-helping­-Neighbors USA, Inc. invites you
to join us to celebrate our first anniversary. Please join us at the Ridgewood Library on Thursday September 27 at 7pm.   Come and learn about this support and networking group of local residents in career transition.  You’ll meet some of our success stories. 

Neighbors-helping-Neighbors USA, Inc.
( NhN) is a cost free, highly successful Peer-led volunteer job search
networking and support group targeted to individuals who are actively looking
for work and interested in reinvigorating their job search. Membership is open
to anyone in career transition, including unemployed or underemployed
individuals and recent college graduates in the fields of business, non-profit
and education, as well as people re-entering the job market, struggling small
business owners, and anyone else who is looking for part-time or volunteer
work.

Founded in River Edge Library on January 27, 2011 in New Jersey. NhN has fostered a “pay it forward” model and the accountability of weekly meetings. Group members assist each other in techniques and suggestions to improve their job search, offer strong support, and help with personal and professional networking to find a position.  Resources are available at our library partners, to assist with computer job searches, and other useful research materials.    Visit our web site at: www.nhnusa.org
