This truck is parked with the engine off. There wasn't a person in sight! Ignoring the fact that I couldn't get through (or anything larger than a Fiat or Smart Car for that matter) - what if there was an emergency and an ambulance, firetruck, police car, etc. couldn't get through? That would severely delay response time, wasting precious minutes.
