Borough Updates Residents on Storm Cleanup Progress

Power target pushed back, schools closed, polling stations move.

PSE&G was in the borough today and according to its updated work schedule on Sunday, approximately 300 customers flipped the switch Sunday and saw light. The utility projects another 800 will see the lights return on Monday and about 1,000 on Tuesday.

That leaves about 1300 customers still out left in the cold until Wednesday or later. PSE&G continues to say it could be until Friday before total restoration is made.

The Borough of Glen Rock's provided some updates to the public on school closures, the power status, train schedules, parking extensions, municipal openings, sport activities, trash/recycling pickups, taxes and election polling changes.
