Boy, 9, Runs Through School Window, Taken to Hospital

Despite cuts, boy was in good condition when taken to Valley Hospital, according to fire officials.

A nine-year-old boy was taken to Valley Hospital after running through a plate glass window behind Thursday afternoon, according to the .

Lt. Steven Maffei said the boy was playing a game of catch football with a friend and accidentally ran through a solid plate glass window. The incident occurred after school.

According to Maffei, the boy suffered several cuts to his head and body but was in what appeared to be good condition.
