Karagiorgis, 38, claims his nose was broken during the scuffle, alleging Joe Gorga and Chris Laurita ambushed him, and laid out a barrage of punches. Jacqueline Laurita is alleged to have smashed him in the head with the point of a stiletto during the brawl.

The trio have a different take on how the brawl went down.

The Lauritas claim Karagiorgis is a "stalker" who made disparaging comments about their autistic son, came to the grand opening with a bodyguard and threatened to kill them. Karagiorgis "lunged" at them and Gorga, provoking the fight, they testified earlier this month.

The fight was all captured by the cameras of Bravo, the network that airs the hit reality television show.
