Cops ID Man Killed by Train in Glen Rock

Borough resident was 61-years-old, report says.

NJ Transit officials have released the identity of a man struck and killed by a train in Glen Rock Friday night, NorthJersey.com reported.

According to the report, Edmund Schuck, 61, a borough resident, ducked under the crossing gate at Rock Road and waited for the train to approach him, the report said. He did not make an attempt to move from the train’s path, NJ Transit officials told NorthJersey.com.

However, authorities have not yet ruled the death a suicide, and say it is still under investigation, according to the report.
