GRPD Detail Crime Stats, Service Calls in September
The borough police fielded roughly the same number of calls as they did in August.
For the month of September 2012, the GRPD responded to 1,241 calls for service, eight fewer than were reported in August. The department reported 1,125 responses in July.
The calls in September included:

- 41 Hazardous Conditions/Trees/Limbs Down
- 7 Identity Thefts
- 7 Trauma Calls
- 15 Juvenile Related Calls
- 27 Medical Emergencies
- 2 Missing Persons
- 381 Motor Vehicle Stops
- 14 Motor Vehicle Accidents
- 15 Narcotics Arrests
- 4 Ordinance Violations
- 1 Shoplifting
