Parking Lot Security Guard Struck in RHS Lot, Taken to Hospital

School looking for witnesses to come forward and report any information on incident.

Ridgewood High School is urging any witnesses to come forward with information about an accident that left a security guard in the hospital Thursday morning.

According to the school, at approximately 7:24 a.m. Thursday, a parking lot security guard was struck by a car and then transported to the hospital for treatment. The extent is his injuries is unknown, according to Lynne David at the high school, and no additional information has been made available regarding the nature of the accident.

The school is asking that anyone with knowledge of the incident contact David at the high school at 201-670-2800, extension 20531, or the Ridgewood Police at 201-652-3900.
