Police Blotter for the Week of February 28
Police reports this week include the theft of $120 worth of liquor from Food Basics and multiple DUI arrests
Wednesday, March 2 — 12:02 a.m.
Officer Michael Trover arrested a 50-year-old woman from Wyckoff at the intersection of Lincoln and Rea avenues following a motor vehicle stop. The woman was charged with driving under the influence, careless driving and failure to keep right. Her can was impounded pursuant to John's Law.

Officer Murray Yang arrested a 26-year-old from Glen Rock on an outstanding warrant out of Carneys Point for $114. He posted cash bail and was released.

Officer Yang arrested a 48-year-old male out of Glen Rock on a Hoboken Police Department warrant for stalking. He was transported to Glen Rock Police headquarters and turned over to Hoboken authorities.
Thursday, March 3 — 10:21 p.m.
Officer Adam Pyatak arrested a 23-year-old female from South Hackensack on Route 208 and Maple Avenue for an $81 warrant out of Little Ferry. She posted bail and was released.
Sunday, March 6 — 12:39 a.m.
A Devonshire Place resident contacted Glen Rock Police to report that someone had thrown a large rock through a window at their home. No one was injured and there are no known suspects.
Sunday, March 6 — 1:02 a.m.
A Highland Road resident reported that on Sunday evening her vehicle, which was parked in her driveway, was broken into. A CD and several pay stubs were missing. Glen Rock Police later received info from Saddle Brook that 2 juveniles were arrested for breaking into vehicles there. Police report that the juveniles had pay stubs in their possession. Detectives are investigating whether there is a connection.
Sunday, March 6 — 5:13 a.m.
Following a traffic stop on Route 208, Officer Bryan Scott arrested a 32-year-old female out of Nyack, N.Y., on charges of possession of narcotic paraphernalia, DUI and speeding.
Sunday, March 6 — 9:17 a.m.
Officer Robert Surdyka was dispatched to Food Basics at 937 Lincoln Ave. following a manager’s report of theft. Two females were recorded on a surveillance tape stealing 2 bottles of Johnnie Walker Black valued at $60 each. When Officer Surdyka and the store manager reviewed the tape they saw the females leaving the store with the bottles in a purse. Police obtained a vehicle description and license plate number. The Detective Bureau is following up.
