Teen Charged with DUI After Lincoln Ave Crash

Nineteen-year-old driver was treated at Valley Hospital with what were described as non-life threatening injuries.

A 19-year-old driver whose vehicle crashed on Lincoln Avenue early Thursday morning was charged with drunk driving, according to Glen Rock Police.

Captain Jonathan Miller said the Subaru rolled over on the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue shortly before 1 a.m. Glen Rock police, EMS and firefighters responded with assistance from Hawthorne police.

The driver, who was not identified, was charged with driving under the influence while under 21, possession of an open container, and underage possession/consumption of alcohol, Miller said. 

He was treated at Valley Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
