Teenage Bicyclist Struck by Car Tuesday Night
Juvenile struck while in crosswalk at N. Irving and E. Ridgewood Ave
A 17-year-old bicyclist in a crosswalk was struck by a vehicle at around 7:15 p.m. Tuesday and transported to Valley Hospital with minor injuries, according to police.
Police told Patch late Tuesday night that the bicyclist, of Ridgewood, was crossing the intersection of North Irving Street and East Ridgewood Avenue when struck by the vehicle.
The driver, also from Ridgewood, was not issued a summons, according to police.
