Tuesday, February 22 — 12:46 p.m.

Following a meeting at All Saints' Episcopal Church on Central Avenue a Paramus woman noticed a large scratch on her car. The driver's side of the car had been scratched from tip to tail by unknown person, according to police. There are no suspects.

Following a traffic stop at Lincoln near the Hawthorne border Officer Lucas Doney arrested a 23-year-old male from Ramsey on two pending warrants — one out of Lyndhurst for $165 and the other out of Saddle River for $89. He was given a new court date and issued multiple motor vehicle summonses.

Thursday, February 24 — 11:44 a.m.

Sergeant Frank Riggio arrested a 32-year-old male out of Hackensack following a motor vehicle stop. The individual was riding as a passenger on a motorcycle and not wearing his helmet. When Sergeant Riggio checked the both men's records, it was discovered that the passenger had multiple warrants: 1 out of Clifton for $1,491, one issued by State Police for $200 and one out of Paterson for $27. When the passenger was being searched prior to being turned over to Clifton Police, Glen Rock Police discovered 4 bags of crack cocaine. He was arrested and charged possession of a controlled dangerous substance. He was turned over to Clifton Police and is scheduled to appear in Glen Rock court on March 8. The driver of the motorcycle was not charged with any crimes.

Monday, February 28 — 6:17 p.m.

Sergeant Christopher McInerney arrested a 30-year-old male from Ridgewood on Prospect Street near the border of Ridgewood following a traffic stop. The male was charged with DUI, careless driving and the criminal charge of operating a vehicle under the influence of a CDS.

Monday, February 28 — 11:32 p.m.

Officer Greg Carter arrested a 54-year-old female near the intersection of Abbington Terrace and Maple Avenue following a motor vehicle stop for speeding. The Ridgewood resident was charged with DUI in a school zone, failure to keep right and speeding.

Tuesday, March 1 — 3:09 a.m.

Officer Mike Trover arrested a 48-year-old male following a traffic stop at Lincoln Avenue and Serafin Place. Trover charged the Hawthorne resident with DUI, criminally driving under the influence of CDS and possession of cocaine. He is scheduled to appear in Glen Rock court on March 8.
