are investigating two burglaries on the same block within a 24-hour period this past weekend.
According to police, a Linwood Ave. resident reported on Saturday, Feb. 25 that she'd left her home for about 90 minutes and came home to find her rear window open and a ransacked master bedroom.
The next morning, at 8:45 a.m. a neighbor on Linwood reported to police that he'd arrived home after spending the night elsewhere and discovered his home had been broken into. His window was found open and the house had been ransacked.
