Garbage Collection Schedule Changes in Glen Rock
Summertime hours are from 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., according to the borough.
The Borough of Glen Rock announced Monday that the garbage collection schedule has changed, though temporarily.
According to the borough, summertime hours for refuse collection is in effect. DPW workers will be picking up garbage at 6:30 a.m. through 3 p.m.
"Please be sure to have your garbage out by or before 6:30, as we cannot come back for missed garbage," a statement on the borough website reads.
"As temperatures rise and track repairs begin on the Main Lines, residents who are used to a later pickup time will begin to see the garbage truck arriving at 6:30 a.m. Please plan accordingly, as we cannot come back for missed garbage."
