Glen Rock High Announces Students of the Month

Elizabeth Ender takes home title of citizen of the month for May; 15 others recognized for academic accomplishments.

Elizabeth Ender is Glen Rock High School’s Citizen of the Month for May. Elizabeth is a young woman who is caring, focused and genuine.

She has enrolled in every business course that Glen Rock High School offers. She loves working with numbers and is fascinated with the constantly changing worldwide financial climate.

This year Elizabeth was awarded the 2012 Academic Award for Finance and Investment. Outside of the classroom, she is an active individual who participates in athletics, extracurricular activities and community-related organizations. She is a valued member of the basketball team, a longstanding member of the Girl Scouts and St. Catherine’s Catholic Youth Organization (CYO).

Recently, Elizabeth organized and participated in a successful blood drive for high school students and staff to alleviate a shortage of donated blood in the county.
