Steps For Success Soccer Clinic
ETA Steps for Success is a series of 6 week clinics that work in progression. During any 6 week cycle the player works on key technical skills that are critical to success in the game. The first 5 weeks are focused on working and developing these skills while the 6th week is reserved for testing. Players, based on their performance, are placed on a step of progression. There are 10 steps in all with the # 10 reserved for the highest level of competency.
The Key Technical Skills are:
1. Passing
2. Ball Control
3. Finishing
The ETA Steps for Success ladder allows for players to develop at their own pace and age group. Once a player has finished a 6 week cycle they continue to work on their technical skills in the next 6 week cycle with the aim to improve their competency level.
