Glen Rock Rolls Out in Support of Baseball, Softball Association

Hundreds and hundreds of kids and parents showed up on the streets of Glen Rock in support of their sports teams.

The Glen Rock Baseball and Softball Association rallied the troops this weekend for  its annual Opening Day Parade.

It looked like nearly a thousand players and cheering Glen Rock residents showed up for the massive march through the borough on Saturday.

According to GRBA President Rob Famularo, each team had been encouraged to make banners and signs to carry for the parade to the baseball diamond at Hamilton School, where Mayor John van Keuren threw out the first pitch of the season.
