Ken Youner and his cycling partner Jim Flax recently stopped at the Ridgewood Cycle Shop to promote the "Spokes of Hope" bicycle tour scheduled for October. John Mills, manager of the Ridgewood Cycle Shop, offered some valuable suggestions for cyclists planning to participate in this tour.
