Today Show's Willie Geist to Issue Keynote Address at RHS Library Fundraiser

The village native and TV star will be speaking at the gala held at the Woodcliff Lake Hilton on Jan. 11.

Today Show co-host and Ridgewood native Willie Geist will be issuing the keynote address at the big fundraiser to transform the Ridgewood High School library to a modern "learning commons." Dubbed the 07450 Schools Committee, a group of HSA-connected parents have raised more than $650,000 to demolish the existing 50-year-old high school library and start anew. The project, set to start in June and finish in September, is expected to cost about $900,000. Geist, a 1993 graduate, will be speaking at the gala on Friday, Jan. 11 held at the Woodcliff Lake Hilton.
