Glen Rock Council Reorganizes Wednesday [Correction]
Appointments to be made to boards, committees.
Glen Rock elected officials are likely to choose a new council president Wednesday night when the government reorganizes for the upcoming year. There were no shakeups at the dais in the recent election, so it's sure to be a familiar face. Carmine Nogara, the current council president, and Joan Orseck, bested Howard Fox for another term in office. Both are Republicans. The council president position is largely ceremonial, generally rotating yearly to a different member. Appointments to committees and government boards will also be voted on Wednesday night. The meeting begins at 7:30 p.m. in the court room of Borough Hall. Correction: The first version of this article erroneously stated the meeting would be held Tuesday, not Wednesday.

I totally misread the calendar. The meeting is on Wednesday, not Tuesday. Apologies on that.   more ›
