Rinderknecht Receives Raise from GR School Board

The business administrator could take home $212,000 in salary and other compensation this year.

Glen Rock Business Administrator/Board Secretary Michael Rinderknecht will be receiving a pay bump for the current 2012-2013 school year. Rinderknecht, who has been in Glen Rock since 2004, will receive a salary increase to $191,180 after board approval Monday night. He will also be eligible to receive non-pensionable compensation, school board president Rona McNabola told Patch on Wednesday. The district's highest paid employee could receive up to $10,300 in longevity pay and with the completion of the most recent school referendum. He could also receive up to $6,300 for the passage of a budget where the tax rate does not increase by more than 1 percent, McNabola said. every school needs a principal- floating principals is rediculous- as i believe floating nurses are as well. the fact that this man got a raise is apalling- trying to talk to him is like trying to talk to a block of ice- the security issues are being address with more to come. nothing is done overnight but, they are working hard & as fast as they can. he completely screwed up the field project …   more ›
