Gloria Johnson is a senior vice president at DWJ Television and has lived in Ridgewood for 35 years.  Prior to joining DWJ in 1973, Johnson was with UPI where she began her career covering the steel industry and eventually rose to become the wire service's first woman general news editor.  She also worked as a reporter and editor on newspapers in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York.  She has a B.A. in journalism from the Pennsylvania State University.
