I am a graduate of the University of Bridgeport's School of Human Nutrition, where I received a Master's Degree in Clinical Nutrition and also completed the advanced post graduate Designs for Health Institute training in nutritional pharmacology.

My experience as an educator, lecturer, and author, enable me to convey and teach complex biomedical and nutritional information to my clients in an understandable way.  I blend learning and behavior modification together as a part of my program.

I combine these skills to offer an easy understanding of alternative medicine and how its unique combinations are effectivae in dealing with conditions of weight loss, osteoposis, diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, hormonal imbalances and a variety of other health conditions.

I am available to individuals and well as groups, seeking nutritional support for optimal health and wellness as well as those seeking therapeutic nutritional counseling for specific health concerns.

Another service also offered at Blooming Wellness is Reiki Healing sessions as well as classes. I am a certified Reiki Master Teacher.
