Missing Ridgewood Man Found Alive in NYC Hospital
Robert Schreiber went missing last Wednesday.
The 27-year-old Ridgewood man who went missing last Wednesday was found alive at a New York City hospital, Police Chief John Ward said Monday night.
Ridgewood police and New Jersey state police said 27-year-old Robert Schreiber was last seen at his East Side residence late Wednesday afternoon. They described him as suffering from a mental disorder and being potentially suicidal at the time.
He was located at a New York City hospital Sunday night, Ward said. New York City detectives confirmed the man was Schreiber.
Ward could not disclose why Schreiber had been at the medical facility, where he remains under evaluation.
