Ridgewood Goes Unplugged Starting Saturday

Sold out musical shows benefit the Schoolhouse Museum.

Over 30 bands will be packing the Ridgewood Schoolhouse Museum over three nights to fill the historic structure with the sounds of one-hit wonders. All proceeds benefit the Ridgewood Historical Society. Like every show in the last five years, all three are sold out.

The first performance starts Saturday, Jan. 19 at 7:30 p.m. Performers include Matt Roy, Dan Dever, 6V6, Chuck Benjamin Band, Garcia, Sam Goody (Joe Bronowich), Shades of Grace, Tim Whiting Crew, Tommy Brigliadoro Tribute and Murat Aktar.

The second show is scheduled for Friday, Jan. 25, also at 7:30 p.m. Performers include 501 South, Andy Meyer & Friends, Bill Crag/Mike Casey, Daniel Stewart & Friends, Dom Boresta/Cora Abdoo, New Born Pods, Diane Sims & The Guardrails, Doghouse, Mary's Basement, The Whispering Pines, and Ivory Brothers.

The last show kicks off at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 26. Performers scheduled are Take 4, Bryan Laiks, Group Therapy, Hawk, Jim Roth, Larry Pendergast Crew, Martha Quinn College, Two & A Half Mensch, Marcos Del Aguila, and Baney & Friends.
