Police: Man Exposed Himself to RHS Student

The student was walking home from practice.

The police have reported that on Thursday afternoon at about 12:30, a white male in his mid-20s with a goatee exposed himself while sitting in a mid-sized silver sedan to a Ridgewood High School student walking home. The individual made no attempt to speak to the student, police say.

Both the Ridgewood Police Department and Dr. Daniel Fishbein, the superintendent of schools, are asking parents to speak with their children about being safe when walking to and from school. The police department recommends that students walk in groups and be aware that these types of incidents do occur.

If you have any information about the incident, contact the Ridgewood Police department immediately.
