GR Officials Seek Resident Input on Trash/Recycling Schedule

Borough council meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.

Would you like to see the trash and recycling pickup schedule modified for 2013?

Glen Rock Mayor John van Keuren and members of the council are interested in hearing resident feedback, and are encouraging citizens to pitch their ideas, likes and dislikes on Monday, Oct. 22.

The council will be meeting at 7:30 p.m. at the council's conference room in Borough Hall. If you can't make it to the meeting, comment below with your thoughts.

Went to Recycling Center this weekend. OUTSTANDING JOB. Lots of parking, well marked, and looks great.

New recycle center is much improved. Suggestion: please replace/revise labels on recycyle containers so they are consistent with new signs at top of steps and current recycle policy. For ex: It appears junk mail and newspapers are still being separated. Is that still the case?
