Hirschberg Retains Seat as Glen Rock BOE President

Will serve second year at the head of the board following a unanimous vote Monday night.

Glen Rock Board of Education President Sheldon Hirschberg will again serve in the position for 2014, Northjersey.com reported.

Hirschberg began a new term Monday night at the board’s annual reorganization meeting, after running unopposed in November with fellow board members Carlo Cella and Sanjiv Ohri.

It’s Hirchberg’s second three-year term on the board. He was first selected as president last year in a 5-4 vote, replacing Rona McNabola.
