Mitch Coats returns to American Eagle MMA & Kettlebells for another great week of BJJ Instruction the week of November 5th the 10th. Multiple time BJJ Black Belt Champion and Team Alliance Black Belt Instructor Professor Mitch Coats will be teaching classes at Alliance Affiliate school American Eagle MMA from November 5th-10th. The training will conclude with a 3 hour workshop on November 10th from 11:00am until 2:00pm.
Mr. Coats put on an incredible week of training, teaching and advice during his last visit here. His style, attitude, demeanor and training methods are in direct coincidence with what we espouse here at AEMMA. Be certain to mark your calendars for this event.
