Officials have indicated a commitment to establish another standalone housing entity for residents over the age of 62, and have explored two locations: one adjacent to the Glen Courts senior complex, and another in the CVS shopping center. Both sites would potentially house multi-story developments, offering 56 and 68 units, respectively.

The council will meet for the work session at 7:30 p.m.
